Payment
Payment is required  in full at the time of booking if booked within 1 month of
the stay.

Check-in and Check out
Check-in is from 2pm on your date of arrival. Check out is by
10am on your date of departure.

Number of guests
Oak lodge sleeps 2 people. Larch lodge sleeps a maximum of 4 people.

Guests must not exceed these
numbers due to insurance purposes and fire regulations. 

There are to be no parties or events held  during your stay and
additional visitors are not permitted.

Dogs
Dogs are allowed. There is no limit on number of dogs but we ask
that you inform us of this on the booking form. We ask that
you bring your own throws or blankets to cover the furniture.
Please ensure your dog is not left unattended in the lodge at any
time and that you clean up after them.

Good housekeeping and Damages
Please leave the lodge in the condition that you found it in. This
includes emptying the fridge of any leftover food, washing dishes
up, emptying the kitchen bin into the bin outside, picking up all
dog poo and leaving the lodge in a clean and tidy state. Please
inform us of any damages as soon as they happen so these can be
resolved. The property is inspected and photographed prior to all
guests arriving. The property is then inspected once guests leave.
If there are any damages which have occurred during your stay or
additional cleaning required, you will be liable for the cost repair
of additional cleaning or repair/replacement of the item/s. You
will be informed this as soon as possible and invoiced
accordingly.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations 60 days or more before check-in.
50% refund for cancellations 30 days or more before check-in.
For cancellations within 30 days or less before check-in, no
refund will be given.

Smoking, Fires and naked flames
Due to our forest setting, we have a strict no fires or naked flames
policy. There must be no use of candles, camping stoves, portable
BBQs, bonfires or smoking within the lodge, outside or anywhere
on the property.

Information and House Rules
There are information packs with a list of house rules,
information about the lodges and local area and instructions for
appliances inside the lodges. Please read this when you arrive and
familiarise yourself with this information.
